ReconnectedCorp was building a comprehensive start-to-finish MLS and employee training platform for their growing retail operation. Their goal was to standardize onboarding and training across locations using short, engaging, easy-to-understand video lessons.
The Challenges
ReconnectedCorp needed a large volume of training videos without knowing the exact final count upfront.
- Creating 40–50 short training videos (with more planned in the future)
- Keeping each lesson concise (1–2 minutes) while still effective
- Maintaining visual consistency across dozens of videos
- Designing custom characters and environments based on real stores
- Ensuring voiceovers felt natural and engaging, not robotic
- Managing production at scale without overwhelming upfront cost
They also needed a flexible workflow that allowed feedback and iteration before committing to the full production.

1. Demo & Style Validation
We started with a paid demo video, which included:

Once approved, we moved forward with full production.
2. Scalable Production Plan
Instead of a single large payment, we structured the project into milestones:

- Payment released only after milestone approval

3. Voiceover Optimization
